None of them, technically. As our constitution stipulates, treaties can be negotiated by Presidents, but are ultimately ratified by Congress, without signature from the President. George H.W. Bush was responsible for most of the negotiation of NAFTA, but it was ratified under Clinton's tenure (if that matters).
