Question: Why would anybody ever vote Democrat again after this information?
( Back )
Answer #1:
Of course. Didn't bother to read your propaganda rant.I do, however, find it beyond hilarious that you used the "Giant sucking sound" reference, as that is a direct reference to NAFTA, which is a REPUBLICAN CREATION.
Boom. You just nailed your own party.

Answer #2:
Because it's the result of many years of GOP rule and Corporatist policy, not in the past 18 months. What a joke!
GOP Congress 1994-2006
Bush POTUS 2001-2008
The stats make me want to STAY AWAY from the GOP almost forever, now.
And I voted Bush 2 times.
Answer #3:
Just a little while ago a liberal posted the exact same stats and used them as a basis of accusing Republicans of destroying the middle class. The partisan bickering continues, ... yawn.Answer #4:
I can't believe you asked that. The shrinking of the middle class is something we liberals have been screaming about for years. UNBELIEVABLE!And remember when you shop at WalMart you're taken away an American job. We Americans pay a high price for cheap goods.
Answer #5:
After the damage the republicans have done in recent history , I wonder why people even voted republican during the past several elections.Ronnie, & DADDY left office leaving a recession behind after twelve years, and junior managed to leave behind an ever greater fiscal as well as a militarily one as well, in only eight years.
The country was on the verge of a depression when junior left.
Answer #6:
After reading that I'm curious as to why anyone would vote Republican. What you pasted in has little to do with politics, more to do with corporate greed and the general lowering of taxes on the rich and Reagan busting the unions that were the means to a solid middle class for many people.
But don't worry, everyone in the world wants to be middle class. China is already having a problem with rural workers leaving the slave labor factories and headed for the big cities and higher salaries.
Ultimately, this will all shake out in another generation.
Answer #7:
Have you even bothered to read your own rant ... especially the last two points ... isn't that the great Republican dream ... to make the rich even richer ... !Answer #8:
Im sure ignorant stubborn liberals will still since they deny everything even when faced with factsAnswer #9:
I didn't plan on it anyways, even without this information! Intersting info though, thanks for sharing. The Democrats want to make the middle and working classes poor by taxing them to death and giving it to the bottom classes that do not work at all, leaving only the elites with any wealth. Sure, the Republicans do their fair share to help out the corporate fat cats, but at least they want to let the middle class keep more of what they earn, and when people in the middle class like me who have much of their savings in corporate stock, it is actually to our advantage when the corporate fat cats do better, as long as we aren't taxed to death on our capital gains we get from our investment.I will vote GOP and 3rd party across the board indefinitely, at least until the Democrats decide they don't want to be socialists anymore. The days of the old-school blue collar Democrats is dead...now they are a bunch of Marxists.
Answer #10:
I'm still going to vote Republican, but still, where are your sources? I don't believe half of these statistics.Answer #11:
The politicians have come to believe that they are our masters rather than our servants. They are out of control.
It's time to vote ALL of them out of office.
We need to have a "REMOVE INCUMBENT" option on the ballot.
Answer #12:
If this really bothered you, you would never vote for another Republican or especially a Libertarian candidate again. The Dem's... yup, there are definately some that buy into this nonsense too, but at least in this party, there are still some that push back against it, and actually want a strong middle class in this country. Such as we had prior to Reaganonmics, trickle down, and deregulation. Which has not stopped in America, since the 80's.
BTW... I actually voted for Perot (who actually warned of the Giant Sucking Sound...knew was happening, and would get worse), and not for the Democrat or Republican candidate. Did you?
Answer #13:
You are blaming the Democrats for the distribution of wealth? You must live in bizzaro world.
Answer #14:
The answer is not FOR Democrats but against Republicans. Its the logical fallacy of "voting for the two of the lesser evils".
It is surprising how far you can get people to act against their interests in the name of preventing the other guy winning. Its irrational behavior motivated by the fear of "the other guy" taking over as the worst thing that could ever happen.
Unfortunately, "Picking the lesser two evils" is a trick. The only differences between the parties are superficial.
